To rejuvenate the pastime of listening to records and specifically going to a local record store on Record Store Day and buying vinyls to listen to or collect. To increase brand awareness for Record Store Day.
The Creative Solution:
The Universal Music Group Nashville team produced a fun video promoting consumers going to independently owned record stores and purchasing Universal Music Group Nashville vinyl during Record Store Day weekend. It was a video of a Record Store Day special vinyl of Eric Church’s rolling across different Nashville scenes on its way to a local record store.
The Results:
This post reached over 12,279 users, had 2,463 views, over 387 likes, comments, and shares.
